How To Make Instant Sabudana Vada

Now let’s tell you how to make it. To make flavorful Sabudana Vada, first wash the Sabudana and soak it in water for 4-5 hours. This will cause the sago to swell and become very soft. Now heat a pan over medium heat and add peanuts to it and fry. It takes 5-6 minutes to properly roast the peanuts. After roasting the peanuts, turn off the gas and lightly crush them. Now take soaked sago and transfer them into a vessel. Add black pepper powder, crushed peanuts, finely chopped green chillies and rock salt to taste and mix well. After this, take boiled potatoes and mash them and add them to the sago. Now puree this mixture well. Mixture for Sabudana Vada is ready. After this, make balls by taking a little mixture in your hand and shape them into vadas.
