SP Shamli Abhishek Jha said that in the year 2020 charges were filed against Waseem s/o Salim, resident of Mohalla Alkalan Kasba Kairana in Kotwali Kairana under sections 147.188 and 353 IPC and 3 Epidemic Act. The investigator immediately collected the evidence and sent the charges against the suspect to court. The case was before the Court of Civil Judge Senior Division/Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kairana. On Tuesday, the court fined the accused Wasim Rs 5,200 after he was found guilty. In case of non-payment of the fine, the court has determined an additional one month’s imprisonment. Kairana News
